Solstice Soma Nidra: A Restorative Journey Into Inner Space
Slip into an evening of deep restoration as we move gently through Yin, Restorative shapes, and Soma Nidra — my somatic, story-infused approach to Yoga Nidra. This practice invites you to soften the edges of the season, melt tension, and attune to the quiet wisdom within your own body. Guided through inner landscapes inspired by anatomy and breath, you’ll be held in spacious rest while cultivating presence, curiosity, and deep listening. Optional drawing and journaling prompts help weave your insights into embodied understanding. All levels welcome. Cozy layers and journals encouraged. Props and creative supplies provided (feel free to bring your favorites).

Ecstatic Chill 4.12: The Light and The Dark of It (Livestream + Replay)
Ecstatic Chill is a monthly Vinyasa Flow + Yin + Restorative Yoga mini workshop in a monthly subscription or drop-in format. Each Ecstatic Chill class begins with a somatic exploration and a vinyasa flow warm up, builds to a crescendo, then melts into longer-held poses, lots of rest, and centering breathwork (prāṇāyāma). We’ll explore intermediate and challenging poses in generative tension with restful ones, allowing ourselves to be supported as we redefine what it means to go deep. Though intermediate poses will be offered, this class is appropriate for all levels.
Purchasing the class also entitles you to the replay for 30 days following the livestream.
