This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga and will feature drawing and/or journaling prompts to integrate the dreamlike wisdom of your bodied revelations. This workshop explores your whole-body breath and the molecular breath of each of your cells, investigating your relationship to gravity and space, the experiential and embryological foundations of self and other, and the physiological and poetic expressions of metabolism on multiple scale levels simultaneously.
