Soma Nidra + Conscious Dance Set at Alchemy Springs (In Person in SF)
Join me for an epic body trip through conscious dance and Soma Nidra, my somatic approach to Yoga Nidra. I use science, anatomy, and physiology to invite participants into exploring their own body stories in personal and deep time. We’ll move through each of the four elements, exploring our relationships to gravity and space, self and other, stasis and transformation, anchored by the tactile support and vibratory inspiration. You'll start low to the ground with gentle somatic movement and yin and restorative yoga, slowly growing ourselves into more and more complex and dynamic communities as we rise and end in freeform dance, with the potential for contact improv.
Part of a 9-Day Crescendo Elemental Sensory Immersion (June 3rd-June 11th) at Alchemy Springs Spa in San Francisco, CA.

Ecstatic Chill 4.5: The Back of the Heart (Livestream and Replay)
In our fifth Ecstatic Chill class of 2025, we’ll explore one of my favorite combinations: how twists and backbends are mutually complimentary for disentangling upper back mobility, especially in the hard-to-reach places in our throracic spines behind our hearts. We’ll explore bound twists and challenging arm mudras to prepare us for poses like full wheel (ūrdhva dhanurāsana) and shoulderstand (salambā sarvaṇgāsana).
Ecstatic Chill is a monthly Vinyasa Flow + Yin + Restorative Yoga mini workshop in a monthly subscription or drop-in format. Each Ecstatic Chill class begins with a somatic exploration and a vinyasa flow warm up, builds to a crescendo, then melts into longer-held poses, lots of rest, and centering breathwork (prāṇāyāma). We’ll explore intermediate and challenging poses in generative tension with restful ones, allowing ourselves to be supported as we redefine what it means to go deep. Though intermediate poses will be offered, this class is appropriate for all levels.
Purchasing the class also entitles you to the replay for 30 days following the livestream.
