Friday 1/3/25 - Sunday 2/2/25: 31 days of yoga to start your year embodied and set the foundation for a life-long practice. Good habits are grown one day at a time.
Expand the edges of your strength and endurance, explore and maintain healthy mobility, flex your presence and focus, learn yoga philosophy through the embodied experience of your consciousness, and geek out on getting to know your body and mind better through movement, somatics, and embodied anatomy. Cultivate your interoception, your sense of how it feels to be you in the moment, and make your body and breath respites of familiarity.
Most yoga classes will be vinyasa flow yoga through a somatic and embodied anatomical lens. Yin and restorative yoga, soma nidra (my somatic approach to yoga nidra), prānāyāmā (breathwork), elemental sanskrit chanting, and mini anatomy lessons will also be featured on select days.

Schedule:
M-F 35-min classes at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm UTC
Thursday Rest Day (with a recommended replay from my existing library for those who can’t stop won’t stop)
Saturday 1-hr classes at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm UTC
Sunday 1.5-hour classes at 3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11pm UTC
Classes will be more basic at the beginning of the month, building to a moderately challenging crescendo by the end of the month. There will be plenty to learn and refine regardless of your level of experience, and something new for everyone.
If these tiered costs are an obstacle, reach out to me. I have a few scholarship spots available. Yoga should be accessible to everyone.
