Somatic Foam Rolling: Feet, Legs, and Deep Core (Livestream + Replay)

In this class, we’ll roll out our entire bodies, spending extra time on our feet, lower limbs, and deep core, sensing and feeling the continuities of tissue which unite them. This is a way to go deeper if you’ve done workshops with me in the past including Somatic Foam Rolling Deep Dive, Foam Rolling 101, and Whole Body Roll + Release, but newcomers are also welcome! At the beginning I’ll briefly discuss the interwovenness of your muscles, connective tissue, and nervous system, and then we’ll dive right in and get rolling to experience it first-hand (or first-foot, as it were).
