This 75-minute whole-body cardio and sculpt class combines 35 mis of cycling with 35 mins of heavier weights and slower movement for a full body strengthening workout, You’ll have extra time to work on your form so you can go heavier safely. This class is good for all levels of fitness, and builds strength, stamina, healthy range of motion, and muscular endurance.
