Every Wednesday.

Cultivate a functional balance of strength and mobility in your entire body, using banded yoga (yoga with resistance bands), core work, shoulder strengthening based on PT principles, foam rolling, and myofascial release. This class is designed as both conditioning and recovery that will take you further in your pole fitness and twerkout practices and beyond. 

Blocks, resistance bands, foam rollers, and therapy balls will be provided during class. Feel free to bring your own props if you wish!
