Every Wednesday

Cultivate a functional balance of strength and mobility in your entire body, using vinyasa yoga, banded yoga (yoga with resistance bands), foam rolling, and myofascial release. This class is designed as both conditioning and recovery that will take you further in your pole fitness and twerkout practices and beyond. 

Blocks, resistance bands, foam rollers, and therapy balls will be provided during class. Feel free to bring your own props if you wish!
