Conditioning + Recovery: Yoga and Foam Rolling for Pole Fitness (In person weekly in Nevada City, CA)

Cultivate a functional balance of strength and mobility in your entire body, using vinyasa yoga, banded yoga (yoga with resistance bands), foam rolling, and myofascial release. This class is designed as both conditioning and recovery that will take you further in your pole fitness and twerkout practices and beyond. 

Bring your mat and your favorite props. I’ll also have blocks, resistance bands, foam rollers, and therapy balls to use for class.

$15-20 or unlimited membership
