A one-hour class performed with a trainer’s supervision to ensure your form is correct. Circuit training involves endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity interval training, with all exercises performed in a circuit. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all set exercises in the program. This class is good for all levels of fitness, and builds strength, stamina, healthy range of motion, and muscular endurance.
