To join me in my livestream foam rolling classes, you'll need the following items:
(1) foam roller (36” is best, but shorter is ok if you already own it)
(2) two tennis, lacrosse, pinky, or therapy balls in a sock or pouch. Balled up socks will work in a pinch!
(1) 8-9” pilates ball. A balled up blanket will work too.
(1) OPTP PRO Soft Release Ball
Optional but sometimes helpful: a yoga block, a yoga blanket, a bolster
Bonus balls for overachievers (but not absolutely required): (2) Alpha balls
